Best Friend Cardigan

I've been planning to make this little cardigan for a while now, and finally got into it. Made in Wendy Pampas, it is inexpensive & suprisingly comfortable to wear. After all this is a megachunky cardigan and could potentially be unwearable but it came out real nice.

Olen halunnut neuloa tämän mallin jo pidemmän aikaa, mutta vasta nyt pääsin tositoimiin. Lanka on edullinen ja ihanan pehmoinen Wendy Pampas, jossa muovia 70% (acrylic), mutta valmis neule tuntuu päällä todella mukavalta ja miellyttävältä. (en välttämättä pitäisi megapaksua 100%villaista villatakkia - painoakin sille tulisi varmaan lähes tuplasti...vois vähän ahdistaa)

Needles: 15mm
Colour is a very beautiful petrol blue - (I never wear blue - except for jeans) which suits me suprisingly well. All well but the pattern writing in the book is bad. So many mistakes! (asks to knit k1,p1 rib for sleeves although one can clearly see from the photo it should be k2,p2. Does not even mention 6th buttonhole, that needs to be done for neckline edge etc...) Also sizing in this book... Should I even go there? I'm size 12 UK /38EU (like exactly) - which normally would translate to women's Medium (M) - not in this book though: in Wenlan Chia's book I'm on the top edge of Large. So I'm always knitting L when making designs from the book.

Väri on tosi kaunis petroolinsininen (tai vihreä- ehkä kuitenkin enemmän sininen) mikä on perin outoa, sillä yleensä en päälleni sinistä laita (paitsi farkut). Näyttää kuitenkin erittäin hyvältä.
Ainoa, mistä on pakko valittaa - on kyseisen kirjan lukuisat ohjevirheet (puhumattakaan mitoituksesta, joka on kyllä toiselta planeetalta. Minäkö en lähes mahdu L-kokoon?? ja hah! )
Oikein kiva pikku-villatakki tuli. Ja tarpeeksi pehmoinen, jotta tätä haluaa pitääkin. Tykkään kyllä.
